Black Velvet will give you bold, full bodied and rich flavors of a traditional Dark Roast & Yet it also has the desires of a lighter roast, with it's complex and surprisingly balanced overall profile. The Ending and mouth feel is incredibly smooth. Black Velvet is our Bridge Coffee. To achieve this we have Blended four various coffees.

BLACK VELVET

This House Roast can commonly be found as a drip offering at both of our Shops.

The Profile is incredibly smooth and delicious as it provides a bold tasting experience for you. This is a carefully blended roast with Coffee bean coming from Colombia , Guatemala, Sumatra, & Ethiopia.

Tasting Notes include Dark Chocolate | Brown Sugar | and Various Fruits

This Roast is also incredible on Pour Over and AeroPress. Most certainly a top choice for many of our Coffee Friends.

POUR OVER

How to Make your Perfect at Home Pour Over:

First You will need 20 Grams of coarsely ground coffee and Hot water at 199 degrees Fahrenheit.

  1. Pour 50 grams of hot water. Allow to drain for 30 seconds

  2. Pour 150 grams of hot water, starting in the center and spiraling outward. Allow to drain or one minute.

  3. Pour 120 grams of hot Water. Start your pour from the outside spiraling inwards to reincorporate all of the grounds into the brew.
